Nexdyne Solutions is a sole proprietorship based in Nairobi, Kenya. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
- What you send us through our forms: your name, email, phone number, organisation and message.
- If you contribute through Paystack: your name, email, the amount and the payment reference. We never see or store card or M-Pesa PIN details.
- Basic usage data: pages visited, approximate location and device type, through privacy-friendly analytics. Google Analytics only loads if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and support our work.
- To process and acknowledge contributions.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
We rely on your consent (which you give when you tick the box on a form) and on our legitimate interest in running the business. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Brevo, to send emails.
- Paystack, to process payments.
- Cloudflare, to protect the site from abuse and bots.
Some of these providers store data outside Kenya, under safeguards required by the Act.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client and payment records are kept as long as Kenyan tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 14 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (odpc.go.ke).
